Privacyverklaring

Deze pagina legt in gewone taal uit welke gegevens AI Op Zak (aiopzak.be) verwerkt en waarom. Dit is geen juridisch advies.

1. Wie is verantwoordelijk?

AI Op Zak wordt uitgebaat door een eenmanszaak in België:

De uitbater is Basile AB, eenmanszaak. Stripe-betalingen verlopen via het Stripe-account van die eenmanszaak.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen we?

• Nieuwsbrief. Als je je inschrijft, vragen we je e-mailadres. We gebruiken MailerLite met double opt-in: je krijgt eerst een bevestigingsmail. Pas na bevestiging sta je op de lijst. Doel: je de wekelijkse AI-tip sturen. Rechtsgrond: toestemming (je kunt die altijd intrekken).
• Aankopen. Betalingen lopen via Stripe (Bancontact, kaart, …). Stripe verwerkt betalingsgegevens. Wij ontvangen doorgaans je e-mailadres, betaalstatus en productinfo om je aankoop te leveren (bijv. downloadlink of Plus-toegang). Doel: uitvoering van de overeenkomst.
• Taalvoorkeur. We slaan je taalkeuze (NL/EN) op in localStorage in je browser. Dat blijft op jouw toestel; wij zien het niet op onze servers.
• Achtergrondmuziek. De muziekknop gebruikt geen cookies en stuurt geen trackinggegevens.
• Hosting. De site staat op Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare kan technische loggegevens (zoals IP-adres, tijdstip, browser) verwerken om de site te laten werken en te beveiligen.
• Statistieken. We kunnen Cloudflare Web Analytics gebruiken. Dat is cookieloos en toont alleen anonieme bezoekcijfers, zonder advertentieprofielen.
• Gratis gids. De gratis 2-dagen AI-starter krijg je altijd meteen op de pagina, ook zonder nieuwsbrief. Alleen als je het vakje voor de wekelijkse AI-tip aanvinkt, sturen we je e-mailadres naar MailerLite (nieuwsbrief, double opt-in). Vink je niets aan, dan verlaat je e-mailadres je toestel niet.

Cookies en toestemming

Bij je eerste bezoek vragen we via een banner of je marketing- en meetcookies toestaat. Accepteren en Weigeren zijn even makkelijk. Zonder toestemming laden we alleen wat strikt noodzakelijk is.

• Noodzakelijk (altijd): je keuze voor cookies, taalvoorkeur en of je al ingeschreven bent. Die bewaren we in localStorage op je eigen toestel.
• Taalcookie (noodzakelijk, functioneel): kies je via de knop NL/EN een taal, dan bewaren we die keuze in een cookie aiw_lang (waarde ‘nl’ of ‘en’, 1 jaar geldig). Zo sturen we je niet ongevraagd naar de Engelse versie. Er staan geen persoonsgegevens in en we gebruiken hem niet voor tracking.
• Na ‘Accepteren’: het MailerLite-script (meten van nieuwsbrief- en formulierprestaties) en de Meta Pixel van Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook/Instagram) om te meten of advertenties en campagnes werken (bv. een paginabezoek en het aanvragen van de gratis gids). Vroeg je de gids aan voor je een keuze maakte, dan bewaren we op je toestel een technische markering zonder persoonsgegevens (max. 7 dagen); die wordt alleen na ‘Accepteren’ als één aanvraag aan Meta gemeld en anders gewist. Daarnaast de Google-tag van Google Ads (met Google Consent Mode v2). Die diensten kunnen cookies plaatsen en gegevens buiten de EU verwerken (onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework).
• Standaard staat alles uit (Google Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization en analytics_storage op ‘denied’) tot je accepteert.

Je kunt je keuze altijd wijzigen via de link ‘Cookies’ of ‘Cookie-instellingen’ onderaan elke pagina, of door je browseropslag voor aiopzak.be te wissen.

We verkopen je gegevens niet.

3. Hoe lang bewaren we gegevens?

• Nieuwsbrief: zolang je ingeschreven blijft. Na uitschrijven verwijdert MailerLite je volgens hun beleid (vaak met een korte bewaartermijn voor bewijs van uitschrijving).
• Aankoopgegevens: zolang nodig voor levering, administratie en wettelijke bewaarplichten (o.a. boekhouding in België).
• localStorage: tot je die zelf wist in je browser.

4. Delen met derden

We delen gegevens alleen met diensten die nodig zijn om AI Op Zak te laten werken:

• MailerLite (nieuwsbrief)
• Stripe (betalingen)
• Cloudflare (hosting en, later, cookieloze analytics)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel, na cookie-toestemming)

Die partijen verwerken gegevens volgens hun eigen privacyvoorwaarden, in de EU of met passende waarborgen waar van toepassing.

5. Jouw rechten (AVG / GDPR)

Je hebt onder meer recht op inzage, rectificatie, wissen, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid, en het recht om toestemming in te trekken. Stuur een mail naar [email protected]. Je mag ook een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GPA) in België: gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

6. Kinderen

De site is gericht op een algemeen publiek. We richten ons niet bewust op kinderen onder 16 jaar voor de nieuwsbrief of betaalde diensten.

7. Wijzigingen

Als we deze verklaring aanpassen, zetten we de nieuwe datum bovenaan. Belangrijke wijzigingen vermelden we waar redelijk (bijv. op de site).

This page explains in plain language what data AI Op Zak (aiopzak.be) processes and why. This is not legal advice.

1. Who is responsible?

AI Op Zak is run by a sole proprietorship in Belgium:

The operator is Basile AB, sole proprietor. Stripe payments go through that sole-proprietor Stripe account.

2. What data do we collect?

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we ask for your email address. We use MailerLite with double opt-in: you get a confirmation email first. Only after you confirm are you on the list. Purpose: send the weekly AI tip. Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw anytime).
• Purchases. Payments go through Stripe (Bancontact, card, etc.). Stripe processes payment data. We typically receive your email, payment status and product info so we can deliver your purchase (e.g. download link or Plus access). Purpose: performance of the contract.
• Language preference. We store your language choice (NL/EN) in localStorage in your browser. It stays on your device; we do not see it on our servers.
• Background music. The music button uses no cookies and sends no tracking data.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical logs (such as IP address, time, browser) to run and secure the site.
• Analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and shows only anonymous visit counts, without advertising profiles.
• Free guide. You always get the free 2-day AI starter right on the page, also without the newsletter. Only if you tick the box for the weekly AI tip do we send your email address to MailerLite (newsletter, double opt-in). If you don't tick it, your email address never leaves your device.

Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you allow marketing and measurement cookies. Accept and Reject are equally easy. Without consent we only load what is strictly necessary.

• Necessary (always): your cookie choice, language preference and whether you already subscribed, stored in localStorage on your own device.
• Language cookie (necessary, functional): when you pick a language with the NL/EN switch, we store that choice in a cookie aiw_lang (value ‘nl’ or ‘en’, valid for 1 year), so we don’t send you to the other language version unasked. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
• After ‘Accept’: the MailerLite script (measuring newsletter and form performance) and the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook/Instagram) to measure whether ads and campaigns work (e.g. a page view and a request for the free guide). If you requested the guide before making a choice, we keep a technical marker without personal data on your device (max. 7 days); it is reported to Meta as one request only after ‘Accept’, and deleted otherwise. Also the Google tag of Google Ads (with Google Consent Mode v2). These services may set cookies and process data outside the EU (under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
• Everything is off by default (Google Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage set to ‘denied’) until you accept.

You can change your choice anytime via the ‘Cookies’ or ‘Cookie settings’ link at the bottom of each page, or by clearing your browser storage for aiopzak.be.

We do not sell your data.

3. How long do we keep data?

• Newsletter: for as long as you stay subscribed. After unsubscribe, MailerLite removes you under their policy (often with a short retention period to prove the unsubscribe).
• Purchase data: as long as needed for delivery, admin and legal retention duties (including Belgian bookkeeping rules).
• localStorage: until you clear it in your browser.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with services needed to run AI Op Zak:

• MailerLite (newsletter)
• Stripe (payments)
• Cloudflare (hosting and, later, cookieless analytics)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel, after cookie consent)

Those parties process data under their own privacy terms, in the EU or with appropriate safeguards where applicable.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GPA): gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

6. Children

The site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly target children under 16 for the newsletter or paid services.

7. Changes

If we update this notice, we change the date at the top. We will mention important changes where reasonable (e.g. on the site).
