Hand off your first task to Grok Bot

What’s in it for you?

How to get started

1. Download the app

   Go to x.ai/bot (type the address yourself) and download the app for your computer or smartphone. Choose a plan that includes Grok Bot: Premium or higher. The cheaper Plus plan doesn’t include Grok Bot.

2. Your first Bot is ready

   When you start, the app creates your first Bot for you. You talk to it like a colleague: type, dictate or start a voice chat.

3. Start with something small

   Pick a task with a clear end, without paying or sending. For example filling in a form that you check yourself.

   Go to [sports club website] and find out how I sign up for [activity]. Fill in the form with these details: [name, email, phone]. Do NOT click send yet. Show me what you filled in first.

4. Watch or take over

   You can watch the Bot’s screen. Is a sign-in needed? The Bot asks for it through a secure form, or you briefly take over its screen. Never just type your password or code into the chat.

5. Approve or adjust

   All correct? Then tell it to send. Not right? Say what should change. Before anything it can’t undo, such as sending, buying or deleting, the Bot asks for your OK first.

6. Turn it into a routine (if you like)

   Does a task come back every week? Ask the Bot to make it a routine. It runs on a fixed schedule, even when your laptop is closed. Test it once while you watch.
